Hello and Welcome, I am Monika!
I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach and Wellness Advocate based in Abu Dhabi.
With so much advice in the world of health and nutrition, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. I'm here to simplify things and guide you with clarity and compassion, using a holistic, evidence-based approach that blends the wisdom of ancient healing with the latest in nutritional science.
I believe food is more than just fuel—it’s medicine. When we nourish the body with the right nutrients, support key lifestyle habits and address underlying imbalances, we create the foundation for vibrant, lasting health.
I was born and raised in Slovakia, a country rich in natural remedies and herbal traditions. Surrounded by forests and wild plants, I developed a deep respect for the healing power of nature. Today, I continue to explore the incredible variety of herbs and plants available to us and integrate this ancient wisdom into modern nutritional therapy.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Portsmouth, with clinical training from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London. I stay up-to-date with the latest research to offer practical, personalised advice tailored to your unique needs and goals.
My approach is holistic and functional. I look at the whole person, not just the symptoms. Whether you are dealing with digestive issues, fatigue, hormonal imbalance, skin concerns or simply want to feel more like yourself again, we’ll work together to create a plan that fits your lifestyle and supports your long-term wellbeing.
I don’t believe in restrictive diets or calorie counting. Instead, I help clients return to balanced, joyful way of eating with whole nourishing foods. As a passionate home cook, I also believe that preparing meals from scratch is one of the most powerful things you can do for your health.
I work with clients locally and globally through one-to-one consultations, face to face and virtually.
